ok so it has been around 24 hours since i created this page and to be honest i have had a mixed response...some of you love what i'm doing some of you seem to be some what pre occupied with the fact that i may be breaking copyright law.
My first point to all of you that don't like what i'm doing is: what harm am i doing to you? if you are so concerned with what i'm doing and how copyright law may apply to this then just don't worry about it and i will get my just deserts if you all are correct so don't worry your heads about it!
also my second point is this: some of you have mentioned that DA is a place for artists and photographers...well

Perhaps in the future you will take people a little more seriously when they talk about 'reporting', 'art theft' and all that. Looks like you managed to ignore not only the deviants you let up, but those you 'flagged as spam', (which is also against TOS) if they aren't really spam.

The harm you are doing to me is simple. If we allow you to steal from someone else why should others stop people from stealing from us. Why should people pay to see our images on our websites, how some artist make their money, if they can find it posted for free by someone else? If you want to show pictures on DA "with class" then create them yourself.
You cannot post photos that you, yourself did not actually take with your own camera..In other words, if they were once in the pages of Playboy magazine, you obviously did not take them..When DA bans your IP Address and you are no longer allowed here, maybe you will learn something..

Like most of the other posters, I am a longtime Playboy fan, and I am not going to report you.
But you do need to be aware that you are very clearly violating copyright law. The fact that others are violating that law with exactly the same images just does not matter. The images are not in the public domain. They still have owners, and those owners have legal rights.
But I'll continue Watching you, until you get shut down.
